We build tools for the work that happens on the unit. Our first product, CareBoard, turns the daily census into CNA assignment sheets and ties every call bell to the aide who was assigned to that bed.
| Group | Aide | Rooms | Longest call bell |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | J. Alvarez | 101A–106B | 3:42 |
| 2 | M. Okafor | 107A–112B | 14:08 |
| 3 | R. Chen | 114A–119B | 5:15 |
| 4 | D. Williams | 120A–125B | 6:50 |
Built from the census and saved templates, with shower days, transfer and assist levels, lunch times and fire-drill roles printed on each group.
Nurse call reports are matched to the assigned aide by room, bed and shift, so response times are reviewed by person, unit and week.
Every saved sheet is kept as it was printed. Months later you can see who had a resident on any shift.
Individual logins with roles, automatic sign-out on shared unit computers, an audit trail of who viewed and changed what, and encrypted hosting with daily backups. Resident data belongs to the facility and is returned or deleted on request.
Victoria Grove Technologies is a New Jersey company founded by a licensed nursing home administrator. CareBoard was designed on the floor of a working skilled nursing facility, around the paperwork charge nurses and unit managers already use.
